The Starring Cats
Rusty
Also known as Firepaw,Fireheart, and Firestar.
Rusty was an adventurous kittypet, sparked by his father, Jakes', fascination with the woods. He ventures out and finds the clans, who take him in. He's faced by many challanges. He fed Yellowfang and caused her to join the clan. Spottedleaf was killed by Clawface. Firepaw quickly became Fireheart, and when Tigerclaw- the murderous deputy of Thunderclan- tried to kill Bluestar, Tigerclaw was banished and Fireheart became deputy, soon known as Firestar. Firestar became a loyal leader, and faced a big part in the warrior cats books.
Tigerclaw
Also commonly known as Tigerstar.
Tigerkit was a fierce and brave kit. He wanted tot be the greatest warrior in the forest. When his father, Pinestar, left the forest to become a kittypet, Tigerkit was confused and upset, and vowed to hate kittypets for the rest of his life. Tigerkit became Tigerpaw. He was apprenticed to Thistleclaw, an ambitious warrior, which fueled his hunger. He injured a kittypet, known as Tiny, soon to be Scourge. He becomes Tigerclaw once he has finished is training, and grows to be a Powerful, Fair-minded, and Well-respected warrior. When Rusty comes tot he clan, Tigerclaw is not happy with this, and plots against him. Before Rusty came to the forest, Tigerclaw killed Redtail in an attempt to become deputy. However, Ravenpaw saw this, and Tigerclaw forces him to stay quiet. Lionheart became deputy instead of him, and Graypaw stated it was because Lionheart had more experience. In an unlucky battle with Shadowclan, Lionheart was killed, and Tigerclaw was finally made into a deputy. Brokenstar started raging over Shadowclan, forcing small kits and other cats to do his bidding. After a fire that took the life of Yellowfang, Thunderclan attacked Brokenstar and he fled into the shadows, but about half a moon later he was sheltered in Thunderclan camp. Tigerclaw and Brokenstar secretly plotted to attack Thunderclan camp with a rouge attack. In the middle of the attack, Tigerclaw tried to kill Bluestar but failed, Fireheart saved him. Tigerclaw was banished. Bu tlittle did Thunderclan know, Shadowclan was weak since Brokenstar left, and it was a time for a strong cat to step in. Tigerclaw became Tigerstar, leader of Shadowclan. He sent a pack of dogs who tasted the blood of Brindleface, a queen, to try and kill Fireheart. His plan was foiled, but Bluestar died by falling into the River, drowning the dogs but also killing herself. Tigerstar went to find Tiny, or now Scourge. Scourge recognizes him, and agrees to share Thunderclan's territory if they all win. Thunderclan, Riverclan, and Windclan all formed as one. Tigerstar told the Bloodclan cats to attack, but they didn't. Scourge told him only he could control his cats. Tigerclaw called him a traitor and leaped on him, but he was struck from a fatal blow from Scourge's dog-reinforced claws. He looses all his nine lives, and lurks in the Dark Forest, training cats to do his bidding.
Spottedleaf
Spottedleaf was a young, and pretty, medicine cat when Rusty joined Thunderclan. She saw the same qualities in Firepaw as Bluestar did; Loyal, Smart, and always wanting to do the right thing. But Spottedleaf saw through those qualities, into the loving part of him. However much she loved him, she and Firepaw never got the chance to tell eachother how they felt, because she died in the claws of Clawface. Firepaw grieved deeply for her. In Starclan, Spottedleaf mourns about the chances she knew she never could have had. But when Fireheart moved on to Sandstorm, Spottedleaf knew he made his choice. In the Great Battle, she spent her life in Starclan to save Firestars' beloved Sandstorm.
Yellowfang
Yellowfang was a Stubborn and Proud old she-cat. She used to be a Medicine Cat of Shadowclan, until Brokenstar framed her for murdering a kit and she was banished. When Firepaw met her, she was in a bad mood and shape. After a battle, he fed her. She tried to leave when Thunderclan cats were advancing, but failed, and was captured by Thunderclan. Firepaw's punishment was to look after her. Yellowfang refused his help, but he did it anyways. Yellowfang grew with him, and the relationship was one of the friendliest cats she ever talked to. Yellowfang a couple of moons later was asked to join Thunderclan as a medicine cat after Spottedleaf died by Clawface. She accepted. Later she took on Cinderpaw- or Cinderpelt as an apprentice, since she broke her leg on the Thunderpath. When a fire struck the forest, Yellowfang couldn't escape, and died from Smoke Inhalation. During her death, she told young Firepaw, whom was with her, that she was the mother of Crookedstar, though Firepaw heard Yellowfang kill Crookedstar while telling him that. She said her goodbyes, and went to join Starclan.
Sandstorm
Also known as Sandpaw
Sandpaw was an apprentice of Thunderclan when Rusty joined. She exclaimed Firepaw smelled terrible-- like a kittypet-- and refused to let him sleep near her. She was mean, taunting, and sassy. But when Firepaw became Fireheart, Sandpaw started liking his loyalty to his clan, and grew close to him. They soon became mates and had two kits, Squirrelkit and Leafkit, who would become Squirrelflight and Leafpool. Sandstorm was a great partner to Firestar for a long time.
